Made an appointment on a Saturday for a hair cut on Thursday. Planned my schedule around it. I show up for the haircut only to find that they booked someone else in my time slot. They are not organized. Why take appointments if you can’t keep track of them?

I showed up for a 930am haircut at 930am turns out I made it for 9am. They charged me for “no call, no show” when I arrived 30 minutes late, then said they couldn’t even fit me in for a cut. Terrible business model. Crazy how I could be standing there in front of them and they could tell me I couldn’t get a haircut or a refund!

Always have a great experience here! Always looking super fresh after a cut. Massages are excellent. If you can handle the deep tissue, go for it. All barbers (maybe not the correct term?) are great conversationalists. I recommend this place to everyone looking for a fresh cut!

Absolutely the best place around. Friendly staff. Great haircuts. My son and I come here for all our haircuts. And the shaves are well worth it also!
