Was gifted a gift card for an 1hour massage after having my child. I set up an appointment and when I arrive my appointment was cancelled. The front desk tells me that someone attempted to call me but did not leave a voicemail. Since they have my number they could have absolutely text me with the cancellation details. I had already made arrangements for someone to take care of my 4month old so that I could make my appointment. The only appointment available for the same day was a 30minutes massage. When asked about the remaining time I had been gifted they told me that unfortunately there’s nothing they can do and they will charge my gift card the 30minutes leaving me with only $17 on the gift card that doesn’t cover an extra 30minutes later on. They cancelled my app without notification and I ended up losing on a full one hour massage. I know the sale was already made but make sure you take care of your clients.

The lady who took care of me for the massage was amazing.

Amazing atmosphere, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. My masseuse, Zach, was professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Definitely recommend this place for a massage. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Pictures speak for themselves. What I asked for vs. what I got. This lady ripped my hair out because didn’t bother using a brush after I told her my hair was a little knotted. Her fingers ripped through my already thin and weak hair. It had been falling out already previously to the visit and she just made it worse. This visit was so uncomfortable and painful physically to my head. She tried twice and failed both times. To make matters worse, her next client has sat down next to me, waiting for her to start her appointment. At that point, I just wanted to leave because all eyes were on me and I wasn’t going to be rude or make her keep trying new hairstyles or different techniques. I could go on for hours talking about this experience. What it boils down to is this service sucked.

The whole experience was great! The ambiance is perfect. My masseuse listened very well and got all my problem points. It was nice to be able to do it together with my mom. We both really needed it and you guys delivered!

I get a monthly massage here. Michele is great! Very professional. I feel like a new person when I leave. The front desk staff are all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend. Their pedicures are the best, too!

I get a spa pedicure every 6 to 8 weeks. Includes massage, nail care, paraffin mask, and polish. It's 's my award! Great color choices for polish. Massage chairs are awesome. Nail techs are skilled. Keeps me from having to go to podiatrist often.

I was very desepointed with the service. I was late because of taking care if my 93 year old mom, when I got there I was told that they had already charged me for the message and facial. I asked to talk to the manager, she dismissed me saying that they needed to pay their employee and I was late. Basically they charged me $200 for a message that I didn't get. What desepointed me the most was not the money they took out of my credit card without my permission, was they didn't even cared that I'm there for messages and facials at least twice a year. So is my daughter. They lost me as a client and my family.
