Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. Salon is clean and staff is very friendly. My stylist Pooja was fantastic! She was very attentive and listened to everything I said and now I can’t get over my hair - I love my new haircut so much! Very professional!

Pooja cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted and was very clear when giving advice and suggestions. I have long thick Curley hair which was all one length and she cut long layers and finished with a blowdry leaving my hair feeling smooth and fresh.

Very welcoming salon with a lively atmosphere. Excellent communication - my hairstylist Sewon recommended a style that works for me and is easy to manage. I absolutely love my new look! Highly recommend this place. 5/5 stars!

Your pricing system makes no sense. A trim is £85. yet a cut and blow-dry is £94. A blow-dry is £64. The overall service is bad. I will not be coming back.

Experience was OK. Expected more from Toni & Guy. Welcome was good, I was sprayed with water when having my hair washed, most of my foundation was wiped off and haircut was too short for my liking. I picked someone who apparently specialised in short hair, plus the most senior and most expensive. I wanted the sides and back tidied but it was cut too severe and she would have cut more if I had not said that is short enough. I had a job interview later that day but had to rush home to reapply my makeup and change my blouse.
It is also worth noting that I had a pedicure booked at the venue and it was cancelled at short notice by the venue. I booked the day off to have my hair and toes done which was such a waste of annual leave as my pampering day was ruined.
I will try another T&G salon next time.

Came for a blow out in the morning. The staff made us feel comfortable and they were very expedient when we told them our need to be done at a certain time. My hair had lovely volume and stayed beautifully all day! It was a great way to start a day of sightseeing.
