This is the only groomer that I’ve heard people whole heartedly recommend and everything I’d heard was true. They took such good care of my dog (mini golden doodle, 15 months) and spent extra time to give her breaks and even take her outside because she was anxious about the dryer. Her cut came out beautiful, which is great, but most importantly my dog came back to me happy and well taken care of. There’s no wall behind the front desk so you can see everything that’s going on in the grooming area— we love transparency! And instead of putting the dogs into crates, the pups who are waiting are allowed to wander freely and socialize with one another. They also have a separate area if your dog would prefer to be alone. This is also the only groomer I’ve been to who asked for up to date vaccine records to ensure dogs don’t spread kennel cough which I love! The staff was extremely friendly and thoughtful. I will definitely be coming back.

I could not recommend a better groomer! We have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who has very long hair that requires a lot of maintenance and she comes back looking like a movie star ? Still fluffy yet healthy and neatly trimmed! The staff here are also so kind and gave her a special scarf for Valentine’s Day. They take such good care of our pup and every time I go it warms my heart to see all the dogs so happy getting groomed. It’s easy to make appointments too. So glad we have the Spaw in our neighborhood!

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff here, especially Indhi! We have trusted her with our goldendoodle over the past year and she has taken the best care of him. He always looks so handsome and she listens to our requests perfectly. He leaves happy everytime and we know he’s in great hands while there! The pricing is also quite reasonable. Thank you, ALC!! ?

This place is truly fantastic. My dog rushes to get in the second we get close. Everyone there is so nice. They really love and care for the dogs they groom and it really shows. Indi does an amazing job with my dog, she even put together a photoshoot with him and his life partner (they get groom together).

This is my number one place for grooming, daycare and boarding. I’ve taken my 5 year old mini goldendoodle here numerous times. They do the best job. Stanley can be a bit fussy too. Especially around the face cause he’s a total Diva. I’m almost scared to give ALC such a glowing review cause it will make it harder to get appointments here. Hands down, the best look, totally reasonable prices (this is South Brooklyn) best staff. No pandemic issues.
