I stayed in the Queen Studio room and it was cozy, clean, and fully equipped with whatever I may have needed for my stay. All of the staff are nice but I want to specifically shout out Eric who was so welcoming and helpful during my check-in/stay. My only thing is you can hear the pipes through the walls sometimes but that’s nothing closing the bathroom door didn’t fix. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be booking again.

The location was perfect. However, the rooms and entire hotel really need a deep cleaning! I did not sleep comfortably even after they changed our room. The first room we checked into had what looked and smelled like vomit on the side of the wall by the bed. So they changed us into another room. The second one smelled like animals. But we were told there are no pet free rooms. So I had to go buy sheets to lay down on the bed. The evening front desk employee was friendly and apologized about our check-in experience. Sadly, based upon the stay and cleanliness, I would not stay here again. My only recommendation to management when we checked out was to maybe have housekeeping utilize a monthly deep cleaning of rooms and showers. Even the hallways and elevators of this hotel. I used to work in hospitality so it saddens me to see how much of the cleanliness was lacking during our stay. All employees and workers I encountered during my stay were friendly. So that was appreciated.

It only takes one bad apple to ruin the pie….one of the desk clerks has done everything in her power to make our extended stay difficult. Was a nightmare getting checked in. They say that the hotel is pet friendly. I guess the fine print says it costs $250 to be pet friendly….afore mentioned desk clerk happened to see our dog,(who is cleaner than our children) and changed us $250…smh….some people.

Nice and very clean place. Friendly staff, facility is an excellent condition. Complimentary breakfast is one of the best. Small kitchen fully equipped. Room is very cozy. Room service staff is very proactive and caring. Definitely, I will stay again.

This is the best place ever! Tameke is the most wonderful front desk representative always helpful with a smile. Rooms always clean with a terrific cleaning staff. Breakfast prepared by Yesenia R. Is excellent and she really make me feel at home n I came all the way from Michigan. I recommend this place for everyone.
