Called at 8am, talked to a friendly service coordinator and they confirmed technicians would be there at 930am. Received text when technicians were on the way and they arrived promptly at 930. Both Kayden and Dominic listened to what the problem was and got it sorted with no problem. Fantastic customer support, amazing response time and technicians onsite were great. Very happy to be a South Slope Customer, highly recommend them to everyone.

My tech was absolutely incredible explained
to me the entire process that customer service had no knowledge of so this was greatly appreciated! I don't believe that you have an idea on how precious he is to your company he deserves a raise he deserves a promotion he is absolutely the bomb! He also could be a great assistance in training the customer service staff as they were not very knowledgeable that I have found. I love South Slope I have been a customer for almost 30 years if not longer so appreciate you as a business but appreciate it the tech that came out a few days ago that solved all my issues and guided me showing me how the upgrades that had occurred previously could be enhanced!

Customer support TM was friendly and professional. After a few questions about our service, he promptly identified the issue and dispatched techs to our home. They installed a new board with back up batteries. Internet service was restored before noon. Thank you!

We were scheduled for some equipment upgrades at no cost to us. The tech showed up close to the agreed upon time. He explained what he was going to do, then got to it. When he entered the house he used shoe covers to prevent tracking g in the house. He completed the job in the scheduled time, cleaned up and left nothing behind!

My service was terrible for 2 years I had at least five different technicians to my home and called the office many times and still I did not have internet! I was about ready to change companies because I was not getting what I was paying for. I called south slope last Thursday evening because I had no internet and they sent a couple of young technicians out on Friday morning. I am not sure what their names are but they were amazing! Since my service began I have been asking for my router to be moved to the upper level of my house which is my living area when they installed they put it in my basement. After years of service that did not work I finally have service thanks to two young techs came out to my home.

Technician just complained about how much work it was going to be to activate my internet the whole time. When I told him where I wanted my router to be, we checked to see if it had the correct cable running to it. It didn’t, and his first response was that I was out of luck. Fortunately, I didn’t take that for an answer and asked him to run a cord there.

I had an account 8 years ago. When I was no longer able to afford living on my own with my son (single income, had escaped an abusive situation, but never able to receive any child support), I had to move out of my apartment where I had set up the service. I tried to cancel my account and was told I would still be responsible for the remainder of my contract. (Even though the person who subleased my apartment set up their own service.)
Because they would not cancel my account, now that I am in a better place financially and living independently, they want to charge me almost $1000 to set up service in my home. That is ridiculous. It has been 8 years, and based on the circumstances, I don't feel that should affect my ability to set up service with them at this point in my life.
I know their Internet is reliable, but their customer service and their account policies make me feel like a lesser person just because of a tough situation in my past that I have moved beyond.
