First and second time were fantastic! I couldn’t have been happier.

Unfortunately, yesterdays experience wasn’t good. The ladies are lovely and kind but they left lots of dye on my skin (I wish they’d apply something to protect the skin) and despite their efforts to scrub it off (uncomfortable and rough) I returned home with big splotches of color on my cheeks and forehead. In addition, I think it was rushed because the color isn’t the same as the first time. It’s very brassy at the roots and super blond at the base and I have two single highlight streaks on each side of my face instead of something soft and gradual.

It could have been an off day? But it was a big deterrent for me. It also cost $50 more than the first time, it went from $150 to $200.

It’s always a pleasure getting my hair done at Salon C! My girl Donna makes me look like a rock star and the rest of the staff is so friendly. Lively conversations between staff and customers and prices are extremely reasonable!

Salon C is the best, they have such excellent service! Chris does an amazing job! All the girls are so warm and friendly . Love this salon so much . All the girls are so talented. I highly recommend.

I walked in to ask about services for my daughter for prom but ended up walking right back out because no one said a simple hello or acknowledged that I walked in. They in fact looked miserable and mad when I walked in. Stood there for a few mins then left. Plenty of staff just standing there. I guess customer service isn't their strong skill. Ended up going 2 blocks up to Suzanne's Hair & Color Room who actually acknowledged me walking in. Gladly spending $ elsewhere.
