Lauren is so knowledgeable and kind. Very caring and compassionate. Pip looks so fresh and clean after his grooming. Lauren is so gentle with our senior fella. (14 years old.) We look forward to his grooming. Thanks for such a pleasant experience.

I'm moving this week and couldn't go to my normal groomer for Brew, so I found Purrvana and was SUPER happy with the whole process. Convenient and easy, all I had to do was run my cat downstairs to the van! Lauren was great with my cat and made her calm and comfortable the whole time. I even got a little goodie bag in the end with toys and treats! Highly recommend this van!!!!

Amazing grooming service. We have a long-haired cat who is about one year old. We've never had her, or any of our cats, groomed before and we were nervous. But Lauren was SO GREAT! She talked to us beforehand and answered all of our questions. She showed us the inside of the van and explained the process. I felt like I was able to communicate my concerns and priorities and that she understood and respected them. And then there is not just the convenience of the van but also less trauma for the kitties (and, let's be honest, for the owners) with being able to just run them out and back into the house. Our cat looks great and smells great and has no mats, and she seems very happy. This is a GREAT SERVICE! Also, let's support women-owned businesses!

Lauren is incredible at what she does!! I have a very fussy particular long haired Siamese cat who HATES to be brushed by us. Her fur would become painful and matted and I thought I had to resort to once-a-year shaving. Grooming my beast used to be such a source of stress for me and my cat- once I discovered Purrvana, I will never go to another groomer in Chicago. Lauren is so knowledgeable and patient with my beloved girl.

Lauren is an absolutely amazing groomer! My cat has always been terrified of strangers, has severe anxiety, and has had terrible experiences with other groomers in the past. But Lauren was a total lifesaver! She was so patient, gentle, and understanding, and I could tell my cat felt more at ease with her. The grooming itself was phenomenal—my cat looks great and seems so much more comfortable. I’m so happy I found Lauren and can’t recommend her enough!

I recommend this company and services! Easy to book - pleasant and direct communication on time, location, and grooming needs... so nice to have a grooming come to you and your cat! The Lion Cut is very attractive and there is a nice company system of "report card" photos/info of the appointment. Top off the experience of walking your cat back inside - and sharing the wonderful post treatment swag bag - great treats for the cat and a few human goodies to enjoy!
