I asked them how much grooming for a small dog is about 3 months ago, and they said that it was $50, but I didn't go there at that time.

I went to there today for my small dog, and I was very surprised after knowing the price for grooming for my dog.I thought the price was same so I didn't ask them the price for grooming at the first time. But it was over $72 so I asked them why. They said that my dog was an old dog who was 16 year old and that it was very difficult to groom my dog. That was the reason, but I never have heard the price would be raised with those reasons. They were upset and yelling. Of course, I was very upset also. But their attitude as the owner for their customer was very wrong and rude.

They are not professional and not honest as the owner for the pet shop. I think they should have told me those reasons when I visited their store at the first time for my dog's grooming. Moreover, my dog is 5 lbs. I don't want to recommend this Puppy & I for your precious dog. And I can't give them even one star. Please, never go there.

I usually go to this shop but this time is terrible. After grooming my puppy today, I saw my tire get flatted in the parking lot. But my father hurried to go the restroom, and he could not hold his urine because he has urine-related symptoms. He asked the owner if he could use the bathroom quickly. But they did not allow my father to use it due to the COVID19. My father had a hard time holding so that he crossed the road went to a small grocery market.
This owner is very selfish. They take the money, but they don't provide any service to their client. I won't come back to this place again.

WARNING CUSTOMERS NEVER COME HERE!
Horrible place. These other 5 star reviews really must be from their church groups or their friends. They did an awful job on my dog, disproportional cuts throughout my dogs hair and they’re horrible at listening to directions. I asked for a trim, yet they made her bald ?. NEVER go here!!!
