I have been using PracticeEHR over 6 years and its very much user friendly in Clinical and Billing side as well, there is a big part of comprehensive and customized reporting modules, Immediate Supportive team and in this year they have introduced Automation Feature and Ai Scribe that has turn the table in electronic systems for healthcare users.

PracticeEhr has been a great medical billing software for me. Its user-friendly interface and excellent customer support are a plus point for them. I would definitely recommend it to others as well.

Communication used to be good. Over the last 8 months it has only been getting worse. Currently in the process of switching to a new EHR and billing system. The transition out has been bad. The knowledge on PracticeEHR's side regarding claim processing that doesn't automatically use their system is non-existent. Unless Medicare and Medicaid is directly integrated with them, they don't know how to search via medicaid's state sites or novitasphere with Medicare. Aside from the billing issues, the site itself is flawed from the lab reporting, to patient forms not auto-populating, to fax being down for a month and not being able to receive or send. It was quite disheartening too since users have more back end access than most systems.

The documentation aspect of this program is very basic and most modifications are restricted. If you have a simple change to a phrase, it has to go through Practice EHR and routinely, based on my experience, takes weeks to get completed. Recently, the system has been down for 4 days, which means we have no access to our schedule, billing, charting, etc. I have never heard of an EHR system that allows this kind of downtime, offering little accurate timelines and minimal communication.

Practice EHR has been a great medical billing partner so far with exceptional customer service. It's highly recommended if you are looking for a medical billing, EHR, and practice management partner.

Let me just say I love this product.

I am an acupuncturist with a heavy insurance-based caseload. Because Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine occupies just a small niche amid the larger health care world there are very few programs that support billing for it. In fact after in-depth researching, I found pretty much all roads led back to one platform that seems to have cornered the market but their cost was astronomical, making it completely prohibitive.

While cold searching the web for any software that looked even remotely compatible, I stumbled on Practice EHR. After calling them, I found the sales team really cared about my practice's unique issues and were very patient and reflective in terms of trying to figure out how to set up what I would need. Based solely on their willingness to help I decided then and there I was going to go with their product and I have never regretted it.

Since the first day I signed up with Practice EHR their support team has been accessible, knowledgeable and highly responsive to the unique challenges of setting up a program for a healthy practice based solely on acupuncture. On top of that the cost is very reasonable, especially when compared with the few programs I found that even support my modality. The web-based platform is easy to use, intuitive, as efficient as any I’ve seen and can be used anywhere at any time. Between the platform and the support combined with the cost effectiveness, I find this product to be one of the best bargains I

I tried to use their EHR. After I gave them $1100.00 dollars It was nothing but disappointment from Day 1.They told me that I would have a great deal of support transitioning and would have at least an hour of training for myself and my office manager. This did not happen.
The transition was a nightmare. There was NO HELP at all. They suggested that I pay someone to help me when I finally reached them. Then there was radio silence for a month. Finally, she began requesting documents 2 and 3 times. She claimed she did not have them. I had faxes which showed they were sent.
They finally claimed they had the system set up for me. When I asked for training they were finally able to set an appointment. The woman told me that since I had already been exposed to the system, I would not need much training. The only exposure, was a brief show at a medical meeting. So, she proceeded to spend about 10 minutes of her precious time.
When I got on the system, which had supposedly been set up for my practice, I found that nothing was set up except my name. I had to put in all the insurers. Then I found out that they had not set up the billing from their EHR. So I basically wasted my time by setting up patients and insurers in their system.
DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE!!

Orthopedic practice. Our findings are a very clunky software. Difficult to do the simplest things like posting charges. The training and the help desk are atrocious..
My advice is to absolutely avoid.
