After my first Shellac experience at this salon wasn't great (a couple nails felt really weak and chipped the next day), they reached out and took full responsibility and apologised, then completely redid my nails for free, including adding something magic that's made them feel stronger than ever! Really excellent customer service, and they've certainly won me back as a customer. It's clear they genuinely care about your nails being top quality. Thank you 🙂

Best nail salon in Hammersmith by far!! I am so overly impressed by the quality and talent this nail shop offers! You are able to ask for any design from complex to simple and they replicate it so well and these nails only took around 30-40 mins.

Chi is an extremely talented artist, she can accomplish any style and nail shape. She’s a passionate, experienced and patient person, never left me feeling disappointed!

One of the best in the nails industry, when it comes to longevity, creativity and design. Apart from Chi, Rio along with the team in business are friendly and accommodating in a sparkling clean environment.

I can’t recommended it enough. Please do pay a visit if you’d like a pamper or mini sanctuary experience on each occasion.

From the looks of other reviews, I may have just been unlucky but I did not have a good manicure here. In addition to removing my BIAB in such a way that now my nails are extremely thin, they forgot that I was supposed to have a manicure! They applied the polish without any treatment to cuticles etc and the polish part wasn’t done well - to the point that three of my nails had to be redone. They never dried well and have looked awful. On top of this, they retrospectively tried to treat my cuticles (pushing back and trimming) once they realised they’d forgotten, which was not ideal and meant the polish did not meet the cuticle anymore. They were apologetic but no offer for me to come back for free was made.

As I arrived I was served immediately.
The machines are very clean and they are very nice .
The price is good and not too expensive.
I recommend this place if you live in Hammersmith.

GREAT customer service. However, my gel nails didn’t even last 3 days that the gel went off on one finger and little bit on my others. This is my second time here. Last time I thought I was too rough with my nails. But it’s the quality that peels off easily.

It was my first trip here, after wanting to visit for a couple of months. I didn't realise it was cash only, I asked the person who was starting my nails if I should go before we began to get cash out or after. She said after. Someone else took over my nails, and when she had finished I asked how much it was and then said I'd be right back as I was going to the cash machine. She asked me to leave some belongings behind, I guess so I didn't leave without paying. I was really taken aback by this, as someone else had done the exact same as me but hadn't been asked to leave things behind while they went to the cash machine. It doesn't say anywhere on their website that its cash only otherwise I would have gotten it out beforehand. When I left I also noticed one of designs on my nail was really wonky with some dimples in the paint. I paid £68, and they have really good reviews, so my experience was a little disappointing. They all seemed friendly, and the other nails on my hands look alright which is why I left 3 stars. I was hoping to make them my new regular place but my first impression hasn't been great, unfortunately.

EDIT: I can appreciate what they've said in their reply below, but the nail is still really wonky and messy, I've added a photo of my other hand so you can see the difference between the two. They're meant to be sun beams but one is completely off centre and the lines are all the same length, so it looks really odd. After the last reply, I'm afraid I won't be returning. I thought their nail art looked amazing in their photos on Instagram, so I'm really disappointed.
