I came in from out of town to see my aunt. Her car needed an oil change and I asked where she wanted me to take it to. She mentioned this place, and with me working in leadership in an automotive repair company, my expectations are pretty high.

From my call with Cody to being checked in with Steven, I felt like family here. He remembered my aunt’s car and made sure to take good care of it.

While sitting in the lobby, I heard a lot of conversations between employees and interactions with customers and found their customer service to be ethical and friendly. They also asked their techs all the right questions before selling a service. I also noticed times where they could have easily pushed a needed service, but instead they chose to educate the guest and let them make the decision.

Highly recommend this place over all the big chains in the area. You’ll feel like one of the family.

Great service! Brought our diesel RV in for an oil change and PM. Work was performed very efficiently and we were back at the RV park by the end of the day. Explained everything that was done with the PM and what to keep an eye on going forward. Reasonably priced with no surprises. Will definitely be back for future service.

Not the diagnosis that I was hoping for however Pete’s did a great job and repaired my truck quickly. Gave me multiple options as the repair was replacing a rear axle. Price was in line with others have reported paying for the same service. Truck drives and sounds like new again.

Great shop with quality customer service. Cody & John took great care of me for a very very last minute inspection on my cooling system. Thought I had some issues when riding out of town and they got me into their shop immediately. Quick service and a great breakdown of the issues or no -issues and sent me on my way. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Great spot at the tail end of Dallas when headed to or from austin/waco/etc.

I had to swing over due to engine issues. 5min b4 closing....the worker expressed concern with word "engine" and came out to check my vehicle. Quickly 2 days later I was provided a detailed list of needed repairs and recommended repairs.

Staff works thru lunch to make sure customers are provided attention. Went to pick up my car it was lunch hour...instead of making me wait, he quickly washed his hands and assisted in giving me my keys and billing.

Comfortable waiting area.

Great team of workers. Fair prices and knowledgeable.

I called several places to get a new tire and Pete’s Tire was the only one that said they would get it in a few hours. The rest said I had to wait a day or 2. The service men and Pete were all very social and accommodating ! Great price on the tire also!

Take your car here once, and you won't want to go anywhere else!! They have fair prices, no judgment, and only upsell necessary repairs. When they do upsell, there is no pressure. I wanted to do my front brakes myself, and the mechanic came out to the car and gave me advice. The last time I brought my car in, they washed it for me just to be nice.
