I had to resolve some queries about our accounts before leaving PE for a different provider. We kept getting info on another account that was not our responsibility. I contacted by phone and spoke to Melvyn who was so very helpful and efficient. He later rang me back having investigated and gave me new information to share with the customer care team. He also was able to clarify that our own accounts were in order and all payments will be going through as we finally leave.

I would like to say Thank you to Sanjay, who had helped me over the phone today. It was not a straightforward change of owner in this case, as the previous owner did not provide any details and had multiple accounts. He was very patient and thorough and went through to find out all accounts and details. I appreciate his assistance throughout.

Trupti Singh was one of the most professional, friendly, and kind helpful telephone energy handlers that I have ever dealt with. She went way above and beyond to sort out the mess that the previous tenant had left me in concerning all the utilities and the various contracts when he vacated the premises. I truly did not know how to manage the situation but she was tenacious and resolved the many situations calmly and effectively.
