I’ve been taking my little Maltese, here for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Every time Coco comes back from his grooming appointment, he looks absolutely amazing—perfect cut and always smelling fresh! The staff here is so caring, and it’s clear they love what they do. Coco is always excited to go in, and I love seeing how happy and comfortable he is there. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in good hands and isn’t scared or anxious like at other places we’ve tried. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares and delivers great results

i was really feeling the vibe in this place . everyone was super friendly, i was able to get a same day appointment which was great . when i left the woman seemed to be very comforting towards my dog because she’s so attached to me . however, i picked up my dog after three hours of dropping her off . she looked the exact same as when i dropped her off, only difference was she just smelled good and had a bow . the woman upon arrival asked me what did i want to do with her and i said i wanted her to have a cut but even all around . it seems as if they only trimmed her feet, butt area, and tail mind you, the appointment was for a full groom . i was so disappointed that i just paid $70 and left . i don’t think they even brushed her, her fur is still tangled behind her ear . my dog is extremely needy i wish these type of places would just call and say they aren’t able to continue with the grooming process because of difficulties with the dog instead of slapping a bow on it and expecting you to be happy with the results . when i dropped her off i thought that this would be our new groomer but when i picked her up i promised myself we would never be back even in an act of desperation, the only reason we visited this location was because our og groomer was booked and i had an event the next day . i guess if you’re planning to go specify in detail exactly what you want because obviously i wasn’t detailed enough and if there were any miscommunications with my request it should have been addressed before i left . please look at the photo, does this look cut and/or even all around ? are you kidding me ?

Just a simple bath and brush at Just 4 Dogs and my baby looks amazing! I am so happy with how she looks and she smells AMAZING. She is a big girl so I know it is not easy from my own experience but it looks like they handled everything so well over there. A little expensive but I understand especially with the larger breed. We will definitely be coming back next time when she is due for another grooming!

If I could give this place -0 stars I would. It took me nearly 3-4 months to write this review why? Because I was waiting for my dog’s fur to recover in case I had to file a lawsuit. So I took my dog here for 2 years (he is almost 3) and last time was just od bad. First red flag, they had a BABY at the front desk! Second red flag, they didn’t recognize my dog when we walked in (they always say hi to him) they didnt even get up to get him she was babysitting, literally! I had a bad feeling already before driving off. When I picked him up he looked so bad I paid within 2 minutes and just went to my car and cried. His fur was ruined, his back part was SHAVED. You’re supposed to use scissors especially on pomeranians, his haircut just looked funny and horrible.
Of course my mom freaked out when she saw him, he looked scared and just off he wasn’t our dog. She called them - they didnt care at all like at all!!!!! She had to threaten which wasn’t a threat to file a lawsuit because what is a baby working at a groomers for? Why would you shave a small dogs bottom? And how do you not have the owners number or anything? This place is ridiculous and it encourages child labor which is horrible. The baby was 1 year old. Here are some pictures of my back then ruined dog and recovered dog today novembed 2023. Finally he recovered his fur.
Do not go here not even if it’s free.

My baby was a matted mess and they took good care of her and started her all the way over with a full shave down . I booked her appointment around 8pm and they still took her the next day at 9am. Turnaround time was 3 hrs only because my dog has the attention span of a flea and is easily distracted . I love this place and I will be back . Everyone is super nice also

I recently made an appointment online to get a full grooming for my dog and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Due to an accident on the road, I let them know I’d be about 8-9 minutes late. Despite this, the groomer informed me she would try to finish my dog’s grooming in only two hours (after begging almost) even though it usually takes over three hours because she had personal plans after work. When I expressed concern about my dog not receiving the usual thorough care, the groomer abruptly hung up on me and did not return/answered my calls. I understand delays can be inconvenient, but a minor delay should not lead to a rushed service, especially with something as important as pet grooming. This experience left me feeling very disappointed as a long time client. I cannot recommend this place anymore based on my experience, I felt disrespected!

We absolutely love bringing our little love here!! Especially having them take her themed photo! She always come home smelling so clean, her nails are trimmed so smoothly, they clean her teeth well, and she always looks so darn cute in the bandanas they put her in! Everyone is so friendly that works there too. Thank you guys for taking such great care of our girl!

I made an appointment less than 24hrs beforehand with such ease which already gave me a good first impression. I’ve seen the reviews and confidently felt like my girl would be taken care of and just 4 dogs did not disappoint! When I first came in, it was such a welcoming energy and I absolutely love how they don’t have the dogs contained unless it’s necessary. I’m used to pet smart so you’d understand lol. It was quick of getting in and out, and the service itself didn’t take as long as I thought it would have. I do remember seeing someone comment about the pricing but you have to understand the pricing is based on how big your dog is. Bigger dog= More product and things aren’t cheap. Once I arrived to pick my girl up, she was the happiest I have ever seen her when it has come to grooming and that spoke to me more than the looks. She smelled AMAAZZINNGG, and she is SO FLUFFYYYYY!!!! She just looks beautiful and I don’t regret taking her here, I’m the type If you take care of my child then I will take care of you. I wish I would’ve gotten the woman’s name who took care of my babe but will be returning again! Thank you for doing such an awesome job ❤️
