Had an amazing experience at Joel Ma with Stephanie! I had came in needing a haircut ASAP! I knew my hair was damaged and long overdue for a hair cut and I honestly thought it was far from saving. But somehow Stephanie was able to bring so much life back into my hair. I got short/mid length layers with some framing pieces and she did such an amazing job; very attentive to detail. I would overall recommend this location to anyone in need of a haircut! I love my hair and I haven’t felt this good in so long. A plus is the price as well! For $65 I got my hair washed, cut, and also a blowout!

Amanda is wonderful. I have wavy hair and I asked her to give me a layered haircut that would enhance my curls. I was getting layered haircuts for years and my curls never looked this defined before. She listened to me and did an amazing job!

There is a reason why there are no men’s cut photos. Went for Amanda, and I don’t think she knows how to cut men’s hair.

Asked for a 2 block, showed multiple pictures. First the taper at the back is jagged. Second, she blended the top and the back, which became 1 block?

Not recommended for men’s cut. Also charged $45 lol

I came here for a hair trim about 2 weeks ago. While the stylist I had was kind and friendly, she gave me a very uneven and pretty awful haircut. The stylist did spin me around to see the back of my head after the haircut, but I had the black cape on which blended in with my hair color, so I didn’t notice how bad it was until I got home. For $70, I am so disappointed in the result.

I followed the lovely Amanda to this salon (although I would follow her anywhere, she's absolutely brilliant when it comes to hair color/cut/style), but to add the cherry on the sundae I adore the salon she's in! The location is really neutral and the staff is so friendly! Amanda is someone I have referred my co-workers to, and have never in the 30 years I've been dying my hair been so happy with a stylist (and I've been to a lot)! Amanda is truly a colorist genius and I have never in my life been so happy with the way my hair looks!!! It is truly the most radiant, gorgeous blonde I have ever seen, and its on my head!! 🙂 Thank you so much, Amanda and Joel C Ma Hair Studio for making at least this one thing smooth in this busy mom's life!!! ♥

Saw Amanda Jill at this hair studio and she made my hair look AMAZING! She went out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The dye didn't come out as bright as expected so she made sure to re-dye it so it came out better and it looked absolutely gorgeous. Also did a great job with the hair cut, making sure it was the length I wanted. Definitely coming here again and I highly recommend.

I have long naturally curly hair and desperately needed a cut and style. I wanted a long layered style to frame my face more, but not lose too much of my length in the process. I saw Joel C Ma specialized in long hair and boy did he deliver he gave me the best haircut/style I’ve had in a long time today. I Love my new hair cut it’s so soft and exactly what I wanted. Thank you Joel, I couldn’t be happier, I’m a client for life!
