I was quoted $200 for my jumbo knotless braids when the two ladies started on my hair. When they finish my hair and I’m checking the Zelle phone number, one of the ladies proceeds to tell me it’s going to be $250 now because of the size of the braids. It’s very unprofessional to quote one price and then charge another one. I paid the $250 and let them know I wouldn’t be returning. I literally paid $280 in August to get small waist length knotless, but somehow jumbo knotless is $250.

Sidenote: one of the ladies was so musty braiding my hair, my eyes were watering my entire appointment.

Took my daughter at 4:30 in the afternoon and they took her straight in and two Braider s got to work. I asked what time did I need to there the next day (wanted my hair braid) cause I know it’s late. She said no worries we can do you also. Took 4.5 hours for my daughter hair to be completed 5 for mine. We both got boho knotless waist length braids. Price was affordable. Had to bring hair with us. New to Houston and I was flying home for hair appointments glad to find someone here.

I came here in the past for some Senegalese twists and they were perfect. So pretty. I came this past Saturday (6/3) and 4 days later my hair is falling apart. I got a crochet pre-looped style and idk what happened with the braid down but it's coming loose. I keep trying to save it but I think I'm just going to take it down this weekend. $130 down the drain smh. Thought abt calling them to fix it but I don't even trust it. How you mess up crochet?!

Needs new techniques with keeping up with the newer styles. The older African ladies don’t know how to do newer styles. Also I didn’t like how the lady was parting my parts so big and making my braids so big when I asked for small knotless braids. When I asked her to fix it she said she can take it down and I could leave If wanted to. The owner ISA said I could leave as well I felt that was very rude and bad customer service. To tell someone they could leave when all I wanted them to do was to fix my hair. Remind you I didn’t have a attitude at all. I won’t be back very unprofessional and lack care about doing what you actually ask for and also provided a picture . The lady was doing whatever she wanted to do. My hairstyle looks nothing like the picture. I asked for triangle parts and they are literally going everywhere and not lined up straight!!!

First off didn't greet u coming in....I told them how I want my hair even showed 3 different pictures n she still didn't understand the assignment ughhhh....never again I'm telling yall plz don't go there.....instead of just saying u don't know how to do it I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog that's how pissed I am
