Emily is amazing! She deserves more than a 5 star rating! I have been coming with her for past few years and she is the best. I had bad hair wash experiences in the past at a different salon where they rushed and left soap in my hair. Getting the hair done with Emily is always great and most relaxing. She is very experienced and will supersede your expectations. Highly recommend her.

Sage has done SUCH an amazing job revitalizing my hair and helping me move towards the healthy, long, dyed-blonde hair goals I didn’t even know I could have! She helped me figure out the absolute right extensions choice for my wedding, listening to what I was looking for and truly giving the right guidance. She always leaves my hair so much happier than when she found it, doesn’t shame me when I show up with gross post-workout hair haha, recommends treatments only when they truly make a difference, and more. My experience at Headlines was fantastic! Everyone is so friendly and Courtney is amazing! I have a precision bob hairstyle that isn’t easy to pull off but she does! She asked tons of questions to make sure we were aligned before cutting and gave me the most luxurious shampoo/scalp massage. When she was cutting, she checked in with me to make sure I was happy with what she was doing and I felt so comfortable. I ended up asking her to go shorter than we had originally planned and she was so patient and happy to give me exactly what I wanted. I love my hair and can’t speak highly enough of Courtney and Headlines! Thank you!!!

If you want a stylist who values hair integrity and owns up to their mistakes, and if you want to leave the salon happy, then Headlines is NOT for you. I saw Carlie about a week ago asking for light, warm blonde and got a full head of highlights. Overall, I liked it, but my ends were white and extremely brittle. She fried my hair with all the bleach. The whiteness at the end was like a line; it did not look cohesive or natural in the slightest. I very politely reached out to fix simply the ends. She met me with such an attitude and claimed she did not put bleach on my ends, which is impossible. I left today in tears; my hair went from white on the ends to half of my hair being an orangy copper. It is so far from what I asked for; it is absolutely appalling. I paid over $400 to look like I went to a cheap beauty school.

Jenna!!! Amazing. Jenna did my hair extensions and I absolutely love them. She made the process so fun and was so excited for me, I couldn’t stop smiling the whole time. She made me feel great and I would recommend her to anyone.

Best haircut ever! I made an appointment with Nicole Gaetke after receiving a super choppy and uneven haircut at a different salon one month before my wedding. I was definitely panicking, but all my worries melted away as soon as I sat down and talked to Nicole. She took the time to listen to my concerns, to explain her plan, and to ensure I felt comfortable the entire time. Not only did she fix my hair (which was no easy feat, it was pretty bad), but I left with one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received. She is extremely talented and I’m so glad to have found her!
