We love this place! My dog is always excited when he gets here and they take such good care of him! They let me know if they see something concerning, and always give great recommendations. Plus my pup always smells great and looks great after cut and wash! Great prices too!

Dropped off my 2 mini Goldendoodle’s for a groom and picked them up a few hours later. I was told that my male dog had bit the groomer and that they just needed to make me aware of that. This surprised me as he has never shown aggression, he is super doscile and has always been calm at the groomers. He has been getting groomed since he was a baby so this was nothing new to him. I paid and tipped before they brought my dogs out to me. Of course my dogs were ready to leave which is not unusual so they bolted to the door. I loaded them into the car and headed home. Once we got home I sat them down to give them their treats and that is when I noticed my male dog’s eyes were bulging, swollen and blood red. I immediately called his vet and they advised to bring him straight in. The vet said that this was a result of him being choked/strangled more than likely from the harness during his grooming. I was heartbroken to say the least. I called the store and she was going to talk to the groomer to see what happened. I went up there and brought my dog along to show them. They advised me that nothing happened other than he was stressed from brushing the mats in his hair and that must have caused it. I told them that he is a Goldendoodle and is very much accustomed to being brushed with matting and that stress would not have caused hemmoraged blood vessels in his eyes. They said that they had to muzzle him after he bit the groomer and maybe that caused him to choke. My argument was if you saw him in distress why did you continue to groom him. I asked if they had video footage of the grooming room. They said they did but the table he was on was not in the view of the camera. Now not only was he in pain from the physical trauma, but he also will have trauma going forward with any other groomer. They refunded me 1/2 of what I paid for the 2 dogs, but did not bother to refund the tip. I messaged them and they said they would refund the tip amount but still have not. They also reimbursed me for the fee I had to pay the vet for his steroid shot and medicine for his eyes. We had 2 good trips to this place previously but this could have been fatal so I won’t take a chance again.

Definitely recommend! Took my cocker spaniel here for the first time this weekend and they did an amazing job!! This will be my go-to groomer now. Great customer service! And I really appreciate how considerate they were of the notes/instructions I asked for on my dogs hair cut, the groomer made sure to give him the lengths/look I wanted ?

Simply the best. I've had a terrible experience going to groomers at pet stores to the point my puppy was there for hours with a bad cut. But this place did an amazing job with my Yorkie. We will definitely be coming back.

So happy to have found such a welcoming and great dog grooming place. It’s my 3rd time taking my fur babies here and we are definitely staying! The affordable grooming rates are definitely appreciated and they come out looking like show dogs ✨ It’s always easy for me to schedule even for last minute appointments and the front desk rep Maria is friendly and answers any and all questions you may have. The staff was more than accommodating to give my dog a last minute, no appointment wash. They were done quickly and my dog came out look and smelling great! Very affordable price for what I got but the only funny issue is that they mistook him for a girl and gave him a girl bandana ?. No harm no foul though, I will definitely be returning!

Had a great first time experience at this grooming salon. Everyone was so kind, the groomer was patient when I was deciding the length. My pup walked out very happy and I loved the results! Totally recommend supporting this business.
