If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in for a hair cut, specifically to donate my very long hair and get a long bob. The “stylist”, and I use that term liberally, put my extremely thick hair in one big pony and then proceeded to chop with vigor. She cut too high and too close and left my hair a good six inches shorter than I asked. So short in fact she had to SHAVE my neck. I was horrified and left sobbing. The owner said nothing the entire time. Even when I pulled out my phone to show what I asked for and if the weed whacking chop I now had looked anything like what I asked for. The woman who did the horrific job proceeded to blame me for not being more specific.
DO NOT GO HERE.
Besides the atrocious service all the stations were filthy.
I had to get an emergency appointment at another salon to try and fix the mess that is now my hair, they said it was so bad they didn’t even let me pay for the fix… if that doesn’t say it all, I don’t know what does.

My second time going there and I will never go back again.. Unfortunately, I ended up getting the same stylist again. For the second time I ask for face framing layers and I have none around my face ? ? But a ton of layers and movement on the back of my head.
The first time I was unsatisfied Due to no layers‍♀️ around my face had to go back to get touched up by a different stylist. Today I paid for a shampoo, cut and blowdry. and my hair smells like her brand of cigarettes and the spray she is to cover the smell.
I wish I could Show what, I asked for and what I received.

Marisol is awesome ! I tried this place for the first time as the place I go regularly in Moorpark was closed on that day. I was pleasantly surprised as Mari understood exactly what I wanted and she did a great job! I would start going here going forward !

Gina is amazing! I went in with a picture and she did exactly what it looked like and left my hair feeling so much better and healthier. She’s extremely nice and made me feel comfortable with this new hair cut that is out of my comfort zone.

I scheduled an appointement for me and my sister for 2 pm on a weekday. I wanted her first professional hair cutting experience to be fun, so I requested the appointment for two people so we could get haircuts together. When we got there, we noticed a line of people waiting for their haircuts. We had to wait outside for COVID reasons, but we were waiting for 30 minutes before one of the stylists stepped out, apologized for the wait, and said, "One of our girls didn't shown up today." We hadn't received a phone call or an idea of when we would be taken, so we ended up waiting another 27 minutes before we took turns getting half-inch trims. A sign up front said the trim should have cost each of us $20 plus gratuity, but our stylist told us it was $35 for each of us. She took it down to $25 probably for the wait, but either the sign was very misleading or we were downright overcharged. Later on, my sister told me she had asked for layers but realized later that she had only gotten a trim. Other than our stylist being very friendly and sweet, this was an overall frustrating experience. If it wasn't for my sister, I wouldn't have waited the 57 minutes or refrained from arguing pricing.

It was my first time here, since I am newer to the area, and I will not be returning. I came in to have my hair dyed and trimmed, and the stylist doing my hair was not good. She does not bleach hair, so I settled with simply dying it darker. She did not bother to comb or brush my hair before starting to put the dye in, so when she finished applying the dye and tried combing, she spent at least 10 minutes tearing knots out of my hair with no regard of hurting me or damaging my hair. On a couple occasions, the freshly dyed hair whipped into my face and left brown stains along my face. Came in excited for a fresh hair-do, left disappointed and with less money.
