I was invited to a wedding in Sonoma and I was afraid of what I would look like on the day of the party, because my hair is very curly and not everyone knows how to treat hair like mine. Plus the girls in the photos all have wavy hair so I was terrified at the thought of trying a new salon outside of my area.

Likewise with makeup, there are people who only have one style of makeup and apply it to all faces and that doesn't work all the time.

There was a short time since I only had an hour and a half to do the entire process.

My makeup artist and stylist decided to do my hair and makeup at the same time (which made me feel like a princess and I thank them deeply for that).

At the end of the process I couldn't believe what I saw in the mirror, “a Venezuelan Sofia Vergara”. It looked incredible and I was definitely the center of attention at the party. Thank you very much for your patience and attention. If you have a wedding in Sonoma, there is no better place than this! You will be my stylists on my wedding day.

I had decided to have my hair and makeup done here for my wedding. Prior to my appointment I had asked for an estimate for having hair and makeup done. They quoted me $150. My sister had her hair and makeup done as well. They charged her $150 as quoted but decided to charge me $250 because I was the "bride". This was very unusual since my sister actually had a much more intricate hair style than I had done. When approaching the management in regards to the up charge. She stated that the bride is always charged more. I find this odd that if this was their policy why they would not be transparent about this when I had asked for a quote prior....If you go to this salon I highly recommend not telling them you are a bride because all they see is money signs and will charge you an additional $100 to take advantage of the situation.

The price charge definitely went up high after the renovation of the shop. Before I'd go in for a shampoo & deep conditioning which was $30-$35 but now it's $50. Quite a jump!

Had my makeup done by one of the ladies, I requested for a very simple neutral look but the makeup artist went on applying a heavy makeup on me which cost me $70(would've been charged only $30 at Macy's). Not all the ladies speak fluent English which can be difficult in a working environment like a salon, so some requires a translator but they do a good job.
