Otro familiar fue a realizar un corte para su pequeño y la atención de las personas de ahí, no fueron muy agradables. Evítate mejor tener un mal rato

My son has had his hair cut professionally 3 times already. He’s 21 months and very active during his haircuts. Mostly throwing a fit, he’s not the easiest child to manage during a haircut. Dani was so patient and gentle with him. She was able to give him an exceptional cut, regardless of his mood. Definitely will be going to her from now on.

Absolutely would not recommend. Took my youngest of 4 children here today and most bizarre children's haircut experience in 20 years of parenting. Arrived at exactly 3:05 for 3:00 haircut. Five minutes late, punctuality is important, understood. However walked in - no hello, greeted by two women. One stared at us expressionless, the other didn't look up from computer and said "so you know we have a late policy, etc...". There was no one in the salon. Late policy is fine, but show some courtesy please, smile, etc. It was our first visit. We were told to sit and wait (again nobody in the salon, no music, very unfriendly environment).. "stylist" came out 5 minutes later at her leisure. She looked at my daughter and said, come over here. I said "this is (daughter's name), what is yours" as she didn't bother to introduce herself or greet her. She was cold and terse. I expressed concern to the woman at the desk as my daughter looked unsettled by the woman's demeanor.
She took her back to her chair and immediately said "do you like cartoons" and turned on Cartoon Network blaring in her face. If you're a parent you know many Cartoon Network shows aren't kid appropriate and certainly aren't soothing. I got up and asked my daughter did she like the show, it didn't matter to me .. .but looking at her in the mirror it was obvious she was uneasy. Not to the stylist who didn't bother to take note or maybe she just didnt care. Stylist used a spray bottle, rushed through the haircut and did a terrible job. She carried on no typical conversation like "how was school?, what's your favorite food?" or any other niceties typical of someone working with children. I was hopeful, well maybe she'll do a good job. She didn't. It's uneven and my daughter had an activity immediately after her appointment The girl behind her said "your hair is crooked". It cost $28! We were there less than 30 minutes and both left frazzled. An unhappy place for children's haircuts. Parent to parent, please don't go here, you will be disappointed. The experience really upset us actually which is unusual as we aren't very picky people. Go somewhere else. My daughter was looking forward to her haircut there as a special treat. Instead it was a bad experience and I'm going to have to take her somewhere else to have it fixed now.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Cookie Cutters. We had previously had a great experience, but this time was utterly awful. The hair stylist was completely unprofessional. Despite my clear instructions, she insisted on cutting my child’s hair the way she wanted, disregarding our preferences entirely. We had asked that NO MORE than an inch be taken off… FOUR inches were taken off.
Moreover, my child was visibly uneasy, and instead of trying to calm or help, the stylist was impatient and dismissive. It was evident that she had no experience or interest in dealing with children who might be nervous about getting their hair cut.
When I called to express my concerns, I was told that there are no managers at any location, which is baffling. To add to the frustration, while I was on the phone with the owner, another branch (which I hadn't even visited) called me three times in a row without leaving a voicemail. This lack of organization and communication is unacceptable.
I regret returning to Cookie Cutters and will not be coming back. They desperately need to train their staff in both hairstyling and customer service. Save your time and money—look elsewhere for a child-friendly hair salon.

If you read her response that she deleted, it shouldn’t matter WHO brought MY child in. It’s the fact that it’s MY child and the experience was in fact the most unprofessional experience my 75 year old grandmother had to endure with a 2.5 year old. If you read the reviews on the place on google or yelp. They speak for themselves. It’s a HORRIBLE establishment.
