Signed up on the App to get my hair cut. Wait time said it would be 40 minutes. Arrived 40 minutes later and still said that I had 40 minutes to wait. Waited for a total of 1:30 minutes and it still said I had 30 minutes to wait. Stylist did not seem to care, They seemed to be in no hurry to wait on the next person when they finished cutting someone's hair. I have been a customer since the early 90's when I went to a Sports Clips in Texas. I used to enjoy getting my hair done here. This location has been going down hill since I started going here in 2021. I will never return to this store again. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I was charged for a haircut I did not receive and someone claiming to be a manager told me they do not keep cards on file because it’s illegal- her words. I have been emailed a receipt showing they charged my visa and even had the audacity to add a $7 tip. I want my money back!

For anyone who’s ever been to a Sports Clips outside of South Carolina, they’ve experienced the friendliness, services offered like shampooing, hot towel, etc. This one, in line with pretty much everything else in South Carolina, isn’t anything like that. The barbers are very unfriendly and though they have signs up for the additional services, they don’t actually offer any of them. At the end of my cut, it pained me to tip $3.

Genuinely received the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. No exaggeration. She didn’t listen to anything I said and half an inch turned into 3-4 inches and uneven haircut all around.

Next time I'll just find a regular barber. A small beard trim ended up taking more than 75% off. For the price paid I'd rather drive somewhere else. This turn and burn place was not conducive to professionalism in any sense of the word.

Have gotten my hair cut at Long Point Sports Clips for 10 years. Today is my birthday so I decided to get my hair cut. Tried to log in on line at opening but online login down. Tried for 40 mins to log in with so I decided to go to shop. Once there I explained I couldn’t log in & was was told it was down but now up. As I sit waiting to get my hair cut those that we’re now able to log in on line keep entering and we’re in front of me. No one took into consideration that I told them about my experience. Left & will find another place to get my hair cut in the future.
