We love Hair of the Dog for Willow’s groom. You don’t need to book months in advance, they listen to your request and she comes out all beautifully washed and trimmed. Recommend for anyone in the area.

They’re a very nice team but we keep finding cuts on our dogs body and the fail to let us know each time. Quality of the work is ok. The pet shop has great choice of product though!

Hair of the dog wonderful! My little cavapoo Bella runs into their arms,, can’t wait to be there. It’s Not only her hairdressers, but her social club. They make her so welcome. We are very regular customers, as Bella loves mud. They do a marvellous job of cutting her hair and grooming her at very reasonable prices

Fell below the usual standard. I think dogs should go through a 360 check before being let go. Naturally we didn't see this til we got all the way home as the issues with the cut were on the belly and underside which became apparent once he laid down.

For some reason I don't have the option to add pics. But un the arm pits you can clearly see a buzz cut with no blending at all. Around the tummy area still plenty of uncut areas and the ear cleaning was done but not exceptional.

Lastly under his tail another buzz cut with no blending so the length are completely off.

Great little pet shop & groomers. I've always found the people there to be genuinely warm and friendly ! I took my pup, Rafiki, there for his first groom and they were unfailingly patient and reassuring, I collected him an hour or so later looking, smelling and feeling amazing and evidently happy and well cared for. The price was very reasonable, especially given the location!

We had our first grooming today and are extremely happy with both the professional and warm service of the staff, as well as the amazing results. Raffy came home the happiest puppy ever. We will be definitely regular there from now on ?

I’ve taken my dog there for years and for the last year their service has really gotten bad. i would never take my dog there now. They failed to clean his ears and cut his nails properly. Now i have to take my dog to the vets as he cant stop itching his ears. The amount of dirt i took out from my dogs ears after a grooming is unacceptable. Never take your dogs there!
