Happy Customer here! My 2 Dogs have been going often for grooming and the Customer Service is Great. They take very good care of My dogs. Thankful to have found a good Groomer. I highly recommend Isela's pet grooming.

My dogs always leave here very calm & not traumatized like other groomers. They get the job done and done well for a fair price for their quality of work.

You can take your dog to get their nails trimmed for $10, no hassle. Great for my other dogs who won't let me cut their nails. Takes them like 5 minutes, and you're out the door.

Also took my other dog to get a full groom. Left her for 4 hrs and she's done. Needed de-shedding, so it cost more but she came out perfect and calm. As she's a bigger dog, it was $120. Best service I've ever had with a groomer!!

I just want to start this off by saying I NEVER leave reviews but this was too much. I brought my little Yorkie here on December 9th for a full service bath and hair cut. This is my first visit here as I just moved to the area. I saw all of the good reviews so I figured this would be a safe bet. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. My first issue with this place is there was an incident (a literal piece of my dog’s ear was cut off) and I did not receive a call AT ALL. I was not notified of anything until I got there to pick him up and they were handing my dog back to me. In this type of situation, I should have been called immediately that way if I wanted to pick him up without them continuing I could have had that option. But instead, they did not call and continued to do who knows what to my dog. Yes they did not charge me for the service so I will give them that. Their explanation was that my dog jumps and is afraid of clippers. My dog is 5 years old and I have never had an issue with his ear being cut or anything even remotely close. You would think they would take better care and be more careful but I guess not. Especially with the owner having been to veterinary school, one would hope her and her staff could better handle a nervous dog. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else’s dog. I have attached pictures of both my dog’s unharmed ear and the injured ear for comparison.

Cost is affordable, my dog is happy to go. He’s never crying when I pick him up. The ladies are very nice. They have next day appointments. And best of all, Doodle always looks his best after his grooming.

I needed my dogs nails trimmed so I called this business after finding them in a Google search. Other businesses required a wash and grooming package, this business offers an a la cart nail trimming service, they were able to take me in as a walk in right away. They are friendly and the prices are very reasonable! I definitely recommend them!
