Very unprofessional company. No one ever answers the phone during business hours and the office door was locked during business hours when I tried to deliver paperwork to their office. I don't get the impression that they take the time to individually fight to lower your specific property taxes and they treat their customers with a cookie cutter method when one size doesn't fit all. I have been their customer for over 16 years, However, because I was upset with and criticized their performance and the fact that no one ever answers the phone when you call or was present to receive paper work that I tried to drop off, they fired me by certified letter as a long-term client. Didn't even bother to give me a courtesy call. Wouldn't recommend them and should have changed to another company a long time ago.
