My hair is absolutely burnt and ruined completely. Left bleach more than an hour and cut half of my hair to hide that it’s burned . Nothing can be done now unless l shave it. I just wanted highlights. And on top of 60£ wowcher l paid another 120£ just yo got my hair destroyed. I’m outraged.

I booked an appointment for 12pm and the guy who was supposed to do my hair was late which was already a bad start. As soon as I entered the shop it looked very unhygienic and dirty therefore I did not continue with my hair treatment, he was not professional and was forcing me to do other treatments that I did not want. I would not recommend this place at all unless you do not want any hair left over.

Brazilian Blowout Keratin Straightening and Cut to straighten for two girls with curly hair (different coarseness & thickness) First time stepping foot in a hairdressers &both were nervous.
Mito greeted them with fun convasation to ease their nerves. Youngest came in with a packet of crisp in her hand that Mito joked to take. I took darlings in with 4 day old washed hair, which I brushed out & put in 2 twist plaits so the brushing tangles part wouldn't be too painful.
The full process was lovely & as gentle as can be. The results were absolutely superb! Soft and manageable. With proper care a Brazilian blowout should last 3-4 months. I bought the his recommended products to wash with and so far their hair is still looking gorgeous. He explained to the girls how to use and care for their hair, for them to do and care for each others hair, with the products showing how much to use etc.
We love their natural curls and have always rock the curls..but this was a little treat for them since brexit + energy prices hiked up + covid etc meant not being able to go anywhere nice for our summer break (that was meant to be a "first time ever on a plane" for us too)..maybe next year!
But wow! Mito did an amazing job! Thank you ?

I had a haircut and highlights done here and have received so many compliments on my hair! I initially booked through a Groupon voucher but I'm so glad I was able to try Scissorhands as Mito did such an amazing job! I will definitely be back!

I recently visited this salon for a hair treatment, and unfortunately, I had an extremely negative experience. I wanted to provide some feedback,
To be completely honest, I believe that this is the worst hairdresser I have ever encountered. The treatment that you provided was very bad, and I was extremely disappointed with the results. Additionally, I was charged a lot of money for a service that was not up to the professional standard that I would expect,Furthermore, I was extremely disappointed with the state of the salon. The environment was dirty and unhygienic, which made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I had a very negative experience, and I cannot recommend this salon to anyone.

Groupon led me to this place, as I rarely have good experiences with salons and I refuse to pay ridiculous amounts of money, then to risk being unhappy with the service and to suffer for months until it grows back. But I have to say, this experience was really, really nice. The place is very cozy, and I was quickly won over by the hospitality and the quality of service. They gave me great advice, made me feel welcome and respected and, in the end, I was happy with the result. The compliments about my hair continued for days. I would recommend and I will be back.
