Hair day!!!! Here’s my review: 10/0 Amelia absolutely knocked it out of the park for my girls. Their hair looks and feels so healthy. She was so kind and so attentive and knowledgeable about the girls hair types, one curly one wavy, and she even had tips and tricks up her sleeve to teach me! The salon was clean, serene and we even shared several laughs. I will be coming back for myself and I am so glad I found Carlie’s salon, Amelia is an absolute angel! ? And

My daughter and I started going to Carlie’s last spring. We have been very happy going here. The atmosphere is very pleasant and everyone is friendly and welcoming. My daughter has her long hair cut in layers and highlights done by Amelia. She has been thrilled with her hair each time. Amelia made sure my daughter was feeling comfortable every step of the way after letting her know that she had an unfortunate experience previously at a different salon. Her hair now looks stunning. I see Cole for a cut. I have long layers. She always reviews with me what I would like done and how much length I would like taken off. My hair is naturally curly and she knows the right products and styling to get my hair smooth but with fullness and body. My hair is also thick and she is gentle while blow drying my hair. It is obvious that Cole takes pride in the services and care that she provides to her clients. I leave the salon very happy with my hair every time.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Johanna Mata! She did an absolutely amazing job with my hair. I have finally found someone who truly knows how to work magic with hair. Her skills are top-notch, and I walked out of the salon feeling like a million bucks.

Jeannie is amazing! She transformed my hair from medium length to a short graduated bob. I was impressed how she communicated with me through the cut explaining what she was doing and products. I was most impressed how particular she was with her cuts and checks of the cut. Overall, great experience from her customer service to the cut. I highly recommend Jeannie!

Absolutely terrible!! Guy that did my hair was not friendly at all, did a terrible job and all I needed was a wash and blow out. I have extensions and he left the whole base of my head wet with only drying the bottom of the extensions and leaving the whole base of my hair wet and did not dry it at all when I brought it up and said it was still wet he said “oh yeah I can dry it, I’m not a slave” will absolutely never go back.

Reply: I at no point yelled at him after my phone call, he did not brush through my hair at all so I asked do you need me to brush through it since he was using the round brush with out detangling the hair. I am not a stylist and would never tell him what brush to use nor did I stop him multiple times I asked him once because he was pulling the extensions and my hair with it. If he would have done the job properly he would have dried the hair at the base of my skull first instead he tried to skip that and only dried the ends. As you stated the root of the extension being dry is extremely important. And yes please review the cameras because he did say “I am not a salve” and I left because I was not feeling comfortable when he said yeah I can take a curling iron to it when I asked if he did curls!

And he did say he was finished with the hair, the stylist was not friendly at all, and I let him finish his work and the only time I said anything to him till the point where he turned me to the mirror was about the pulling once. I snatched the cape off and calmly went to pay at the front, while the service was terrible and the job was not completed properly I did not feel comfortable with him continuing the service with his attitude and a hot tool near my head. Overall very disappointed with the work done and the service. If the hair would have been dried properly, the price would have been very good.

I was really looking forward to going to the salon as I had seen great work from there. So maybe it was the stylist having a bad day, or just should work on his people skills, and skill working with hair extensions.

I was absolutely in tears with joy over how happy and full of love for Ash C and how she did my hair! She is truly an artist? ! She talked me through what styles and colors look best and why. Even though I've had my hair done for years by some great stylists, I've been happy with some and not others mainly because of what I picked. She helped me think through those that I always liked best and made my hair gorgeous! Thanks Ash C for taking the time and really putting quality work into doing my hair! Much appreciated ?❤️ My husband loved it too

Stacy is the absolute best!!! She has been doing my hair for about 6 months, but it feels like a lifetime. She is super fast ( which is important to a very busy single mom) and very efficient!
