Update: still coming here... Great place to our pet Schnauzer Alice. They really know how to cut accordingly. The only down side (but minor) is cash only... But is a minor thing.

I am updating my review to one star just cause I can’t go lower than cero; it seems owner rated my review as “funny” this is how much the care for their Customers opinion!!

I had the below inconveniences during my last three visits:
1. It is a place that doesn’t require to schedule appointment and they will accept the last dog around 2pm, however one day I was in their business around noon and the lady didn’t wanted to take my dog because they were too busy. The way she told me was rude, however the guy agree to take my dog after complaining.
2. Terrible grooming, I usually take my dog in Saturday’s cause that’s my free day from office. After I pick up my dog the guy told me that my dog couldn’t be controlled and they couldn’t groom my dog appropriately, part of her hair was long. The lady and guy told me to bring my dog on weekdays if i wanted a better service cause they were too busy on weekends too try to calm my dog. I mean I pay for a service!! And the service must be done appropriate every day.
3. Summer cut-I saw a promotion of $40 bucks on their Facebook page, when I arrive I told the guy, can my dog have the summer cut the one you have on promotion for $40 bucks? He said, sure your dog can have the cut anytime during the year, is not only on summer and the promotion is only as specified in the page in a very rude tone, like if I was trying to take advantage of him. The rule for all business is to be polite and explain in detail about the services and or promotions. After I got my dog back, I saw that the cut was not done short, the hair was medium and again it seems they did not do it with the hair cut machine it was hand made and it looks terrible, some areas were not even cut at all. They just lost one customer. I wouldn’t recommend you to bring your dog here they are rude by the way they talk to people at least in my case and not only once, it was the last three times I was there and also the job was not done properly and they always have excuses, such as your dog behavior was not good. When I have never had such complain from other groomers; this business started getting customers and now they feel they can talk to people like if they were doing a favor to us when they are offering a service that it is paid and the worst part is that the job is not proper done!
Please don’t cooperate with business like this one, we have more options as consumers and of course everyone is free to choose but no one deserves a terrible customer attention

I had only taken my dog to him for a simple trim cut but his hair was bald when I picked him up. When I asked him why he did that he didn't even care. This business needs to be closed down. The other dogs in the cages were all crying. Its like if he hates dogs, please DO NOT take your dogs here

My husband took our dog today for the first time and we were PLEASED. With the price, with the service, and to see that our dog left out of the place so happy and looking beautiful. HIGHLY recommend this place.
